Brooke grew up in Arlington, Texas where she started playing ice hockey at the age of 11 when she saw a young girl playing in a hockey game at her local skating rink and thought, “if she can do it, why can’t I”. A few years later Brooke moved to Southern California where she played 5 seasons with the Anaheim Lady Ducks, as well as taking home a silver medal at USA Hockey Tier I Nationals.
Brooke then went on to attend Plymouth State University in New Hampshire, helping captain the team for her junior and senior season. She ended her college hockey career as the teams’ leading scorer and broke a previous team record for most goals in a career. Brooke graduated Summa Cum Laude at Plymouth State in 2019 with a degree in Pre-Physical Therapy and plans on pursuing a career in Physical Therapy back home in Southern California.
Brooke has aided in developing youth hockey players at clinics, district camps, and most recently the Princeton University Youth Hockey Camp. Brooke is excited to share her passion and knowledge for the sport as the new season approaches.
